Arthur Foster – Managing Director

Arthur founded the original company in 1992 to meet the widespread need for the care and management of vacant properties. Creating a one-stop service for corporate clients, Arthur developed a panel of approved contractors throughout the United Kingdom to provide maintenance and reactive services. He has since overseen the company’s steady evolution from its original conception to a well established and expanding organisation.

David Peterson – Executive Director

David joined the company in 2009. Widely experienced, he has worked in property asset management for the past two decades. Prior to joining us, he spent five years as Operations Director for Connells Asset Management. In this role, David was responsible for the operational strategies of the division, reporting directly to the Connells Residential Board. He also oversaw and maintained the formulation of contractor and estate agency panels.

Daniela Marcucci – Director

Daniela joined us in 2009, bringing with her 17 years of experience in Asset Management. For five years, Daniela was Operations Manager for Connells Asset Management. In this capacity, she was responsible for the daily operational running of the business, participating in several successful tenders for the Group and undertaking regular reviews with all the corporate clients.

Since joining Stowe Property Daniela has introduced a number of policies and procedures ensuring adherence to service levels and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) policies.
