LPA Receivership

Stowe Property work closely with LPA receivers and lenders to help them achieve the best return for a repossessed property – whether through sale or rental – by ensuring it is appropriately prepared and maintained.

We begin with a thorough assessment of the property and give the client our recommendations using a proposed schedule of works. From this they are in a position to decide which aspects are to be undertaken – ranging from just a thorough clean to a complete refurbishment that may include rewiring, plumbing, glazing and more. We have all the resources to implement the work required.

If the property is to be prepared for rental we will further arrange to have all necessary checks and services carried out on Gas and Electrical appliances, including boiler testing. Once the property is tenanted, we can arrange annual inspections to ensure it meets landlords’ gas, fire and electrical safety legal requirements.

Stowe Property can also provide garden upkeep for tenanted properties and an ‘out of hours’ service for maintenance issues (for example, boiler breakdown).
