Once the client is in receipt of the court order, we will liaise with the appointed bailiffs at the property. Following execution of the warrant, we carry out all necessary procedures including drain down and changing of locks. We will also clean the property and stack goods and chattels for collection.
If required, we will then prepare the property for sale; first providing a series of recommendations using a proposed schedule of works. This includes every aspect for consideration and enables the client to assess what scale of refurbishment is appropriate. Whether it’s just a thorough clean, re-decoration and re-carpeting or a more comprehensive refurbishment of kitchens and bathrooms, we can resource and manage all aspects.
Should the property remain on the market for some time we offer an on going upkeep service – for example, regular grass cutting or even a further refurbishment – in order to maintain the property’s appeal. We can also provide an ‘out of hours’ service to cover repairs that might be required during this time.
