




Stowe Property provides a broad range of services to asset managers within the mortgage lender community and associated organisations. Our property preparation and flexible approach to any ongoing maintenance is designed to help retain the capital valued of clients’ rental portfolio.
We begin with a thorough assessment of the property and provide our recommendations using a proposed schedule of works. The client can then brief us to implement the degree of preparation appropriate for the rental income they hope to achieve – this might be just a thorough clean; painting and carpeting or a complete refurbishment with rewiring, plumbing, glazing and more.
As part of the preparation for rental, we will conduct all necessary checks and services on Gas and Electrical appliances, including boiler testing. Once the property is tenanted, we can arrange annual inspections to ensure it meets landlords’ gas, fire and electrical safety legal requirements.
We can also provide garden upkeep for tenanted properties and an ‘out of hours’ service for maintenance issues (for example boiler breakdown).
