Committed to ensuring the highest quality of work, we apply rigorous selection procedures. All our contractors must meet a number of key obligations including:

Valid Public Liability Insurance Certificate
Valid Waste Carriers License (control of pollution).
Health and Safety Policy
Deed of Confidentiality

We audit a minimum of 10% of all monthly instructions and conduct internal quality checks on an ongoing basis.

Dedicated Account Management

All clients have their own account manager, ensuring continuity of communication and service. On completion, all projects are confirmed by email with accompanying ‘before and after’ photographic evidence.
Our IT system can be adapted to integrate with your own if required. We operate a comprehensive quoting and reporting system, provide itemised billing as standard and monthly reports where appropriate.

Stowe Property is committed to deploying environmental best practice including: procurement of materials from sustainable sources, use of registered waste disposal companies and biodegradable cleaning agents and refraining from use of ozone-damaging chemicals.
